This is a 100 card, Mono Blue wizard commander (EDH) deck. This deck is incredibly fun and interactive. The deck has two main goals: draw a huge number of cards, and counter all of your opponent's major threats, leaving them completely helpless. First, the card draw. Azami, Lady of Scrolls is a powerful commander that allows you to tap one of your 25+ wizard creatures in the deck to draw a card. By turn 5 you can easily find yourself drawing 3+ extra cards per turn. The deck additionally features several other card draw spells, and creatures that can draw you more cards (such as Arcanis) or scry, allowing you to stock your hand with the spells you need. Next, the counterspells. This deck features 20+ counterspell spells (instants), and in addition a number of your creatures add additional counter abilities, such as Voidmage Prodigy, which can turn each of your wizards into a counterspell. Between your spells and value-heavy creatures, you can absolutely dominate and control your opponent. Finally, the win conditions. Once your opponent is complete controlled and unable to cast any effective spells, you have several ways to win. You can deck your opponent using mechanics like Sphinx's Tutelage or Psychic Corrosion. You can also win by drawing out your library, using Jace, Wielder of Mysteries' effect, or Laboratory Maniac's effect. Finally, your wizards can form a formidable army, and overpower your opponent by attacking into their empty board (which you have created with all your counter magic).
